How To Take a Network Marketing Tool and Generate Leads

If I were to ask you right now, what the most powerful network marketing tool is, what would you say. Most people would probably say something like social site marketing, or PPC marketing, or maybe classified ad marketing, and they forget about the simplest most powerful network marketing tool that I know of: article marketing. I know it seems simple, and not effective, but that is just a common misconception that I am about to break right now.

How important is generating your own leads? Well honestly if there is something that is more important than using this network marketing tool to generate your own leads please let me know because I simply am not aware of it. Think about it. If you are great at every single aspect of network marketing, you can sell better than anybody else you know, you have great phone skills, your autoresponder is hooked up with some fantastic selling emails, you have the greatest product in the world, but you cannot generate your own leads, none of those things will matter. It does not matter how great you can sell with nobody to sell to, it does not matter how great your phoning is with no prospects to talk to, it does not matter how great your emails are, if they aren’t being sent to anybody, it doesn’t matter how just plain awesome your product is, if nobody knows about.

However, if you can’t do any of those things, but you are consistently generating between 50 and 100 leads using the network marketing tool mentioned above (article marketing), the rest will come. If you called every one of your 50 leads every single day, how long until you are awesome at phoning? If you are selling to 50 people every day, how long until you are a fantastic salesman? If you are practicing your writing each and every day, how long until you can write those same great emails? How easy would it be to sell an awesome product, if you had 50 people to sell it to each and everyday.

As you can see, I’m not making this up. Generating leads is the most important part of network marketing, and article marketing is the most powerful way to generate leads, so it’s a network marketing tool worth discussing.

Now that you know how important article marketing is, let me tell you exactly where most people go wrong. You see most people are under the impression that it only takes two articles to make them a million bucks. They think well I want to make 10 million dollars and then retire, so I’ll just write a quick 20 articles. That’s not quite how the whole thing works. Google rewards consistency. It’s better to write 12 articles over the next 12 days, than 6 articles today and 6 in twelve days. Massive action brings back massive reward. The more leads that you want to bring in the more articles that you are going to have to write. A measly 3 just won’t cut it. Not today anyway. And the worst part about this person is, after they get done writing three articles, and they don’t see results in two weeks, they have no idea what went wrong.

Even though, the whole problem is that they just did not do it long enough. You cannot submit three articles to three different places, and expect a mountain of traffic to come flowing in. Article marketing does take time, and it’s time that most people are not willing to put in.

However, their are some ways that you can speed it up a little bit. You can use an article submission software, you can use video marketing as well, and you can use software marketing, which would make this whole thing article marketing on steroids.

First things first. You need to set yourself up a blog. You need to have a place to send those people reading all of your articles, and you cannot just send them straight to a lead capture page. This usually offends people, and they will just get up and leave.

Once people are at your blog, then it is time to get their name and email address, but not before then. It is just common network marketing etiquette, and the only proper way to use this network marketing tool.
